Description
Jard Inventory amp; Loss Prevention Solutions is the region’s only inventory management and loss prevention consultancy. Jard plans to expand their workforce to 250 people by the end of 2021 and is building an HR Team to support this. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading a team of HR Executives in KSA/UAE, supporting Jard operations in 13 countries.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-motivated, ambitious, driven individual with qualifications/experience in Human Resources. They will have an excellent grasp of labour law, be able develop an HR Strategy (along with relevant policies and procedures) and support Jard’s expansion throughout the GCC and North Africa.

He/she will be responsible for all Human Resources and PRO activities and report into the Managing Director.

Key aspects of the role include:

Performance Management, Rewards amp; Recognition

Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, health insurance, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Facilitate the organization’s performance management process
Create a culture of setting goal, timely review, and feedback
Support the Managing Directors and Country Leads in increment planning, incentive allocation and policy review
Support Country Leads in the planning and preparation of annual manpower plans and budgets
Talent Acquisition amp; Onboarding

Supports their team in the talent acquisition process and leads talent acquisition for key roles
Partner with business leaders to define and establish a long-term talent strategy that may include: identifying critical jobs, determining talent gaps, assessing internal as well as external availability, and developing long term plans to bridge the gaps.
