Abshar restaurant established its first restaurant and sweet shop in the heart of Dubai at Al Maktoum road in year 2000 by its chairman Mr.Hassan Bordbar. Soon after opening, it became one of the top Iranian restaurants in the UAE for its uncompromising commitment to quality, customer service, and uniquely traditional yet elegant atmosphere.This ‘’Business & family friendly’’ friendly restaurant serves lunch and dinner on a daily basis as well as a superb Friday buffet,with live music every night from 21:00 till 12:00 a.m.The most delicious bread (sangak)you can find it in Abshar freshly.Also you can have your all Iranian sweet like Baghlava,Zulbia and too many otherin Abshar Sweet shop.With a capacity of 400 and private rooms for banguets and parties Abshar Dubai serves over 1000 guests daily.Food:Iranian cooking is traditionally based on what is in season so that it is as fresh as possible. Fragrance of the food during cooking as well as when it is served plays as important a role as does the taste. Presentation of food is also important in our culture to insure it is pleasing to the eye.Iranian were amongst the first to incorporate many common herbs such as basil, mint, cumin, garlic and coriander to enhance the flavour of the food.
