Our company ‘Edurar’, a smart online & offline business solution that provides an extensive range of business and marketing consultancy services is looking for experienced & talented ‘Contract Administrator’.
The Contract Administrator provides support and communication to ensure that all master service and stand-alone contracts are reviewed and executed in a timely manner. The position also is a key member of the bid/proposal team and is responsible supporting the estimating, engineering, and sales team in submitting bid/proposal packages to its clients.
Essential Duties: Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team. Successful candidates will also maintain a schedule working within the deadlines of individual contracts.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, , Adobe, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet applications, etc.
Bachelors Degree in business or equivalent, MA
4+ years professional experience as a contract administrator
Previous experience in arch/engineering/construction industry a plus
Exacting attention to detail
Expert written and verbal communication skills
Professional, “cool-under-pressure” demeanor
Ability to take direction from multiple supervisors and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
