Our company ‘Edurar’, a smart online & offline business solution that provides an extensive range of business and marketing consultancy services is looking for experienced & talented ‘Contract Administrator’.

We are located in JLT (DMCC freezone company)

Job Description

The Contract Administrator provides support and communication to ensure that all master service and stand-alone contracts are reviewed and executed in a timely manner.   The position also is a key member of the bid/proposal team and is responsible supporting the estimating, engineering, and sales team in submitting bid/proposal packages to its clients.


Essential Duties: Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team. Successful candidates will also maintain a schedule working within the deadlines of individual contracts.


Experience: Qualified candidates must have experience in UAE regulation laws, the proven ability to reason with government agencies and the ability to work within contract specific deadlines is required.

•Analyze, process and administer all contracts; assist Project Managers in negotiating appropriate terms and in reviewing financial details.

•Support the Marketing team in interpreting RFPs and lend support in collating responses.

•Record and manage client data and provide analysis on trends or history as requested.

•Monitor contract expiration data for clients and report out to BD team.

•Perform research on competitive landscape as requested.

•Liaise with insurance brokers to price and increase liability limits as needed.

•Liaise with legal counsel to negotiate terms and assess risk.

•Partner with Project Managers to review contract terms and scope and in constructing and administering add services when appropriate.

•Provide mentorship and training to admin staff in contract administration and best practices.

Job Skills

•Proficient in Microsoft Word, , Adobe, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet applications, etc.

•Bachelors Degree in business or equivalent, MA

•4+ years professional experience as a contract administrator

•Previous experience in arch/engineering/construction industry a plus

•Exacting attention to detail

•Expert written and verbal communication skills

•Professional, “cool-under-pressure” demeanor

•Ability to take direction from multiple supervisors and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

•Entrepreneurial spirit
