Human Resources Administrator

Our company ‘Edurar’, a smart online & offline business solution that provides an extensive range of business and marketing consultancy services is looking for experienced & talented ‘Human Resources Administrator’.

Job Description

•Handle recruitment, to include all forms of advertising, interviews and testing for employment.

•Conduct new hire orientation meetings

•Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding the application and/or interpretation of established Human Resource policy and procedure

•Interact with job applicants, employees, managers, and outside agencies regarding job openings, unemployment hearings, and Human Resource inquiries

•Responsible for interviewing employees, conducting internal audits, and summarizing findings of employee relations issues and referring the management for resolution

•May advise management in appropriate resolution of employee concerns regarding established policy and procedure

•Administer background checks, unemployment claims and employee hotline

•May participate in grievance procedures, exit interviews, and the gathering and reporting of statistical information of employee data as requested by management

Job Skills

•High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED), or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background (degree in HR, Business or closely related field and/or SHRM certification preferred)

•Minimum of 3 years relative experience in Human Resources or fast-paced office environment preferred (recruitment and/or employee relations experience desired)

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Good computer skills & a minimum typing speed of 45 wpm

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Word, Access and Outlook

•Possess strong organizational skills

•Able to multi-task

•Proven history of project completion also preferred

•Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures and Code of Conduct

•Must be able to interact well with others

•Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting

•Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities

•Responds well to questions; Ability to read, interpret and comply with written information and documents such as safety rules, operations/procedure manuals and maintenance instructions with a high comprehension and concentration level to include the ability to meet deadlines
