We are looking for organized Customer Service Executive. The customer service executive is responsible to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and request about GIT products and services.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
•Deal directly with customers either by telephone or

electronically
•Respond promptly to customer inquiries
•Handle and resolve customer complaints
•Coordinate with Technicians to allocate service task
•Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
•Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
•Follow up on customer interactions
•Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer
service process

Education and Experience
