Description
Our well-established Dubai based client has now had approval for 2017 recruitment and are seeking to employ key players. Your role as a sales executive is the key point of contact between an organization and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products. Your work will include: organizing sales visits, demonstrating and presenting products
Description:
To process enquiries by phone, email and personal visits in relation to company business
To generate new leads
To call or meet customers to discuss their requirements
To maintain good relations with clients
To maintain an efficient working environment
To solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the customer
Organizing sales visits
Demonstrating and presenting products
Establishing new business
Maintaining accurate records
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
Reviewing sales performance
Aiming to achieve monthly, quarterly or annual targets
A clear understanding of companies commercial terms and conditions
Product knowledge
Build-up database with contact details of key contacts in each account, MIS and data management
Build-up product and application knowledge for every product, preparing presentations, product positioning and FAB analysis
To support marketing activities, sending mailers, product descriptions and salient features to all listed accounts on a periodic basis
Criteria:
Worked in a similar role for at least 3 years within the hospitality sector
Prior demonstrated high level organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Service oriented, accurate, holds deadlines, well organized, confidential
Must have strong commitment to company values and the ability to work in a team and sales driven environment
Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
Ability to efficiently organize and manage multiple priorities
Must possess computer proficiency and keyboarding skills including familiarity with the computer programs of Word and Excel
Good grammar, voice and diction
Diploma/ Degree holder
Valid UAE driving license
This role is not open to Pakistani Nationality
Must currently reside in the UAE
