Arabic Call Center Agents / Customer Service Representatives - Arabic speakers with Excellent English (Bilinguals only)

- December 18 to 27, 2017 (Excluding Friday and Saturday)
- 09:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Required skills and experience:
• Excellent Arabic and English (both) spoken and written
communication skills
• Relevant contact center or customer service experience
• Proficient in MS office with good typing skills
• Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts
• Available to start immediately
• Age: Must be below 35 years

Salary Package: AED 3,500 + transportation + benefits as per the U.A.E labour law

-Interview Location: (For Metro & Bus users) Take Bus No. 366 From Rashidiya Metro Station and get down at Dubai Outsource City, Royal Bank of Scotland bus stop, Building No. 8, Cupola Teleservices, (For Car Users) Put Cupola Teleservices Limited in navigator

Candidates must bring the following documents at the time of interview or they will not be considered for the interview:
∙ Curriculum Vitae
∙ Coloured copy of passport and visa
∙ Visit or tourist visa- the visa validity must be for minimum one month
∙ Females on sponsorship or family visa-Passport and visa of self and sponsor must be valid for more than 6 months
