Key Responsibilities:
Creating, analyzing and managing detailed project information related to contractual schedule, scope and cost for submittal to program management.
Assisting with analyzing and forecasting project costs; project planning as well as developing, preparing, collecting and analyzing schedule and cost data on a weekly and monthly basis to assist the management of the project preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
Preparing or assisting in the development and implementation of project baseline budgets and schedules.
Reporting project cost and schedule status to management for internal reviews as well as analyzing cost variances and recommending corrective actions for capital projects.
Setting up project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and allocating budgets.
Reviewing project scope change and change order requests for proper justification, schedule impacts, and adequate budget and funding.
Follow-up on man-hours and cost monitoring for the updates of changes to the forecast.
Reviewing subcontractor, vendor, and consultant invoices

Desired Skills and Experience:
Degree in Accounting / Civil Engineering / Finance or equivalent.
Team coordinating skills.
Three years of work experience.
High sense of responsibility.
Problem-solving mentality.
Good supervising skill needed.
