To generate and increase client’s portfolio of managed properties via networking, site-visits and regular meetings and cold-calls
Prepare a daily action plan and meet the targets in a timely manner
Ensure full compliance of Laws and Regulations and Company Policies
Be up-to-date with the Real Estate market trends and be familiar about the current pricing for rental as well as sale value of a property in all areas
Cooperate with numbers of property network and develop database of prospective clients through developer’s agents, developer’s handover department agent, real estate agents, contractors, and other related channels

Skills
Proven working experience as Leasing Agent with the strong knowledge of local rules and regulations
Excellent Time- Management and organization skills
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients
Well versed in English (Verbal and Written)
Honest, enthusiastic and hardworking
Must have an existing network
Must possess a valid UAE Driving license
