My client is an international healthcare recruitment business.

The Role
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for delivery of revenue and candidate recruitment targets for all countries within the Middle East excluding UAE. This is to be achieved through development and execution of the annual Sales and Marketing plan and the management of the teams deployed in each country. Effective liaison with Head of UAE Operations is also required to support this function with relevant Marketing materials. You will be managing a team of 8 direct reports.

Marketing planning for all activities in Middle East

Main Accountabilities
Development of Annual Marketing plan including Market research, situational analysis, strategy
development and definition of budget and tactical programmes.

Definition of relevant KPI’s to track performance
Delivery on defined Marketing KPI’s
Insight through ongoing market research

Management of Business Development activities in all countries except UAE

Main Accountabilities
Definition of annual sales plan for each ME country
Line management of Business Developers in Qatar, KSA and Kuwait

Delivery of Employer job orders as per plan
Pricing/ candidate as per budget
Effective performance of sales team

Management of all UK Recruitment activities in all ME countries except UAE
