– Manage, mentor, and lead sales team members
– Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
– Establish sales territories and manage sales distribution
– Recruit, interview, train, and on-board new sales representatives
– Ensure schedules and objectives are met
– Supervise and motivate staff
– Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources
– Create reports, analyze and interpret data
– Drive recruitment process and training & development
– Meet and strive to exceed sales quotas
– Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business
– Follow-up on potential sales leads

Job Requirements :
– Proven experience as assistant manager or similar position
– Experience in recruiting and performance evaluation is an asset
– Familiar with financial and customer service principles and practices
– Knowledge of data analysis procedures
– Proficient user of MS Office
– Leadership and organizational abilities
– Analytical mind with good math skills
– Interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to speak Arabic will be an advantage
– Good presentation skills
