- Review of plans and specifications
- Review construction contracts and other related documents
- Attend site meetings,
- Co-ordinate and schedule company activity on the project sites
- Administer and prepare paperwork related to projects
- Resolve issues and develop solutions to problems on project sites
- Maintain adherence to the construction schedule
- Prepare project related costing and change directives
- Liaise with clients, sub-trades and suppliers and communicate construction progress to senior management.
-Have prior experience of working with a recognized MEP Contractor and be Mechanical Engineering degree qualified.
