Job Summary
Dubai based Professional writing and branding company is looking for a Female Tele caller/Receptionist with relevant UAE experience in advertising/ media / Branding & Events, with strong communication & negotiation skills and passion for interacting.Our ultimate aim is to generate high quality results for our business! The right candidate will be required to join immediately and is expected to have zeal to fulfill the given target. Candidates with their own visa are preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Advise present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls/making calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved on daily, monthly and yearly basis.
• Document transactions by completing forms and record logs.
• Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to give our services reference information to attract new and existing clients to obtain our services.
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards with confidentiality.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Follow up on inquiries on a daily basis.• Keeping record of all stationary / Inventory.
