Description
• Excellent working knowledge in meat industry.
• Excellent working knowledge of quality management systems like; HACCP, FSSC22000.
• Managing QHES / R&D activities
• Coaching team of 15 employees
• Oversea quality aspects of products produced overseas
• Liaise with certification bodies, local municipalities and regulatory bodies
• Ensure HACCP and GMPs are met in all operations at Factory & Warehouse
• Oversee Halal & Quality aspects of meat products produced overseas through a team of qualified product specialists
• Lead the R & D department, developing formulations for new products and re-formulating existing products and setting specs in line with process capability
• Designing processes for manufacturing products and establishing process parameters

Desired Candidate Profile

To Manage the Safety, Hygiene, Environment and Quality operations in the Company and to be the contact person with the certifying bodies in SHEQ. To provide training in SHEQ and contribute to implement the SHEQ policy in the Company.
Leading and managing the product designing activities of the company for new and existing products in terms of formulation, processes and packaging, maintaining a robust and reliable documentation process for the raw materials, PM, final goods specifications and legal regulations.
