Description
JOB PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Consolidation of Monthly MIS, Business Plans, Budget Reviews and Annual Financial Statements.
• Review and monitoring of Key Business Drivers of Group Companies.
• Co-ordinate Annual Statutory Audit of the Group companies to ensure completion in stipulated timelines.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and Group Financial Policies while preparing the Financial Statements and on a transactional level.
• Conduct Detailed Balance Sheet Reviews of Group Companies as per the agreed calendar.
• Financial accounting and performance review for Group Holding and Services companies.
• Assist in Monthly Financial Performance review of Group’s Investments.
• Interface with Legal for Statutory, Stock Exchange and Secretarial Compliance for existing investments.
• Assist Group Finance Manager in handling Group Insurance renewal and procurement process.
