Roles and Responsibility:

- Field recovery for one of the leading banks in UAE
- Trace and collect outstanding payments
- Meet customers to collect overdue payments
- Establishing contact for Skip cases
- Planning settlements for right off cases
- Coordinating with back office team to trace customer details


Requirement:

- Arabic Speaking with a good command of English Language is a MUST.
- Graduate / Under graduate
- Good communication skills
- Collections Experience would be preferred
- Valid UAE Driving license and own vehicle is a must.
