Description
Keep and handle personnel records and other departmental files
Help with new hire processing and make sure all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely basis
Provide assistance in the recruitment process for vacant positions to include job ad placement, interview scheduling, applicant correspondence and reference checks.
Create, maintain and update various departmental records and reports to facilitate decision making by management
Collaborate with departmental heads on performance management and improvement systems.
Handle annual renewal process for all personnel lines of insurance.
Reply to all employment verification requests and background checks in a timely manner
Preserve job description files.
Develop and implement strategies for managing performance, motivation, change and culture management of staff of different diverse cultural backgrounds
Deal with all employee inquiries and grievances
Maintain statutory compliance through timely filing of statutory deductions to the various statutory bodies
Undertake any other task as required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline
At least two years of experience in the same position required
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Expertise in computer applications
A female candidate is required for this position
