Responsibilities & Skills: -

 Develop and monitor relationship with new client, clinics, doctors, medical facilities, hospitals and insurance providers.
 Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Home Health Care Marketing preferably in UAE
 Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
 Knowledge of Medical terminology is desirable
 Strong computer skills (electronic medical record) skills required
 Taking referrals for home health service for new clients
 Assigning nurses and aides to cases.
 Coordinating and managing the client schedules.
 Data entry for medical information.
 Tracking and follow-up orders
 Supporting and assisting clinical managers with day to day records system.
 Answering telephone calls and assisting with other tasks and projects as needed.
 Recording and processing daily tasks in an electronic medical record system.
 To liaise in professional and persuasive manner with staff at all level in organization/institution/department.
 Highly organized, dedicated with positive attitude with initiative.
 Strong sense of responsibility, problem solving and self-management.
 Ability to maintain professional relation with colleagues and clients.
 To keep accurate recording, maintain confidentiality in handling highly sensitive, confidential non-routine information.
 Proactive attitude, detailed oriented can handle multiple priorities, working under pressure with multi-tasking
 Creative problem solver and strong multi tasker.
