Key Responsibilities
 Lead Generation and creating a pool of sophisticated and discerning clients
 Building a database of clients/customers
 Marketing of properties through several property portals like Dubizzle, Property Finder,
Property Online, Gulf News Residential, etc.
 Ensuring that the correct details are advertised for the listed properties, and following up
internally with the required departments
 Hold open house inspections, instructing clients on best practices for selling success and
liaising between renters/owners and prospective buyers for property inspections.
 Coordinating on the preparation of legal documents including listings and sales contracts
 Ensuring terms and conditions of agreements are met
 Maintaining and liaising with clients, building relationships with clients to encourage
returning business.
 Coordinate property closings and overseeing document signing
 Re-Marketing while the property is vacant between tenancies
 Analyse market trends to determine competitive market prices

The ideal candidate will:
 Have been educated in the UK, Ireland, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or South
Africa
 A track record of success in sales is an advantage
 Have Telesales and Face-to-Face Sales Experience
 Maintain High Professional Standards
 Maintain High Punctuality Standards
 Maintain High Individual Standards
 Have a Strong Work Ethic
 Be Hungry for Success & financial gain
 Retain a strong Knowledge of the Local and International Real Estate markets
