Description
The Role
The job holder is responsible for the overall daily support of HR projects including and not limited to project administration, documentation, coordination, data validation, inquiries and end user trainings to ensure successful implementation and execution. • Draft project scope, develop workflows and relevant templates based on the Project Manager directives. • HR MIS, Excel, Data Analysis, Data Management, Report Preparation. • Experience analyzing high volumes of data to produce reports and analytical eye for detail. • Average typing speed to be 50 wpm • Expert in MS Office, advanced excel and MS visio. • Bilingual (Arabic and English). • Strong analytical ability and problem solving capability. Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel and MS visio Good communication, interpersonal & writing skills. • Mandatory Arabic speaking requirement. • Track and administer project timelines and deliverables. • Manage, verify and validate information/data required for relevant projects with high accuracy. • Identify and report findings of end user needs/issues. • Track and report overall quantity and type of requests and resolutions. • Responsible for collecting, collating and entering employee related data in the operating languages and relevant platforms. • Perform a gap analysis of information in SAP/Success Factors/Share Point and updates information • Responsible for generating monthly HR Reports required by Business Units and Departments.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources/Information Systems or any relevant discipline • Certification in related HR systems is an advantage. • Expert in MS Office, advanced excel and MS visio. • Average typing speed to be 50 wpm • Bilingual (Arabic and English) • Mandatory Arabic speaking requirement.
