Job Purpose
Reporting to the Manager - Corporate Sales responsible for leading the outbound Corporate Sales team - Large corporate pursuit hunting, converting and onboarding multinational companies/large corporate entities (Lead to License).
Create strong relationships and trust with leads. Be the one point of contact for the entire set up and licensing process. Turn all leads into happy operational licensed member companies who are using our products and services.
Continuously improve sales techniques for all DMCC products and services including new company set up, new structures and new value added services.
Match clients to the right property solution for them.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Managerial
Reporting to the Manager - Corporate Sales Responsible for outbound sales including long term programs and proposals to attract large corporates and multinationals
Clear direction in line with the FZ Sales and Marketing strategy and the objectives of the Sales function
Keep regular and clear communication lines with manager and direct report as well as others across the department and wider FZ teams.
Keep Manager fully briefed and up to date on performance and issues
Coordinate with marketing and all relevant support functions to ensure clear strategy with required support in place
Coordinate with Exec Sales Support to make sure all aware of pending client files and any issues with support functions

Business Development
Implement and operationalize Corporate Sales Strategy
Coordinate with Business Development team. Assist with developing long term engagement plans for large corps.
Capture all the required info which can help in profiling and qualifying the new leads and will be a valuable input to our strategy
Contribute to the design of marketing campaigns, including specific programs targeted at achieving the sales targets (such sector landing pages, sales kits, emailers)
Identifies potential client leads in order to grow FZ’s membership base and contribute towards full utilization of products & services

Sales
Provide market feedback and data for future team strategy development
Nurture and work with strategic partners and multipliers to achieve sales results
Utilize sales tools and platforms including Hub spot and opportunity management, to prioritize actions and track status of leads
Initiate contact with potential targets and answer all inquiries within the same day. Get to know the client’s potential and future plans and really understand their business
