Job Description
• Timely recording of all accounting transactions by posting in Quick Book
• Reconciliation of bank statements, suppliers & customers’ accounts on weekly & monthly basis
• Preparation of payment voucher of cheques and manager cheque
• Scan cheques, payment vouchers, manager cheque voucher to maintain a record
• Customer PDC list entry is to be maintained
• Maintain and update all files to ensure proper records are maintained in the department• Assisting the team in any ad hoc tasks in preparing monthly and yearly statements, audits and other management reports
Skills
01. 2 – 3 Years Experience in Accounts department
02. Commerce Graduate preferably CPA03. Well versed with Accounting software preferably Quick books
