* Developing evaluation programs
* Keeping Track of the Industry Trends
* Monitors and evaluates inbound and outbound interaction quality.
* Tracks issues in the quality monitoring systems or tools and analyzes the results.
* Provides feedback to improve performance and develops training programs.
* Works with other internal teams to define quality metrics.
* Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.
* Typically reports to a manager.
* Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
* Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.

Job Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required.
* Experienced with Service Desk or similar tool required.
* 1 to 3 years experience in customer service and/or business process/technology support required.
* Excellent email writing skills, specific to customer facing interactions.
* Experience in coaching and training individuals or groups required.
* Ability to negotiate change across organizational/firm boundaries and influence others outside of own work group
* Excellent written, verbal, analytical and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability with the design and application of innovative ideas
* Ability to work in virtual team environment.
* Some international travel may be required.
