The Sr. Sales Executive Retailer will oversee sales, training, merchandising and operations across Key Retailer partner stores or large accounts within an assigned segment i.e. (organized and superstores).
Maintain strong collaborative relationships with the retailers, influencing to connect people to clients products (HVAC Equipment) and deliver excellent customer experience.
This is a field level role requires to be involved in the details of the retailer/partner business as well as coaching the retailers sales staff, solving problems and maintaining our merchandise/brand standards.
Responsible for executing marketing, sales and incentive programs and providing feedback to management.
Review and analysed sales results with senior management and agree on the objectives on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Responsible for providing accurate forecast to be presented to the retailer’s management for consideration.
Responsible for executing joint promotion initiatives at the retailer/store level to ensure maximum exposure. This includes highlighting offer at the floor level as per company guidelines.
Responsible for a wide number of retailers, creating the high level of awareness of company products.
Assist staff utilizing suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely and accurately.
Works closely with functional support areas to ensure a 100% conformance to promise such as Operations, Warehouse and Logistics.
Maintains a high level of showroom standards; ensures merchandise presentation is in accordance with company direction.
Strengthen and accelerate sales productivity through ongoing visits and market reviews.
Support credit efforts in Accounts Receivable dispute resolution.
Works collaboratively with other Sales units on customer development and ensure sales leads flow to the correct Sales Channel.

Skills
Bachelors Level Degree
At least 4-8 years retail sales experience within the appliances segment
Excellent negotiation and customer management skills
Good financial acumen, strong commercial awareness and presentation to an audience.
Excellent English
Valid UAE driver’s license is a mustExcellent MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
