Job Key Details

Make sure all company policies regarding deposits and cancellation is communicated to the guest.
Welcome guest and initiate interaction and offer the company’s service
Work out and record totals of transactions
Write and preserve non-monetary reports and records for future use
Collect payments by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers or automatic debits
Have knowledge of camera settings and exposures in order to capture the guest experiences
Make sure all enquiries, messages, bookings for extra services are dealt with courteously and efficiently.
Ensure incoming and outgoing telephone calls are handled promptly and courteously
Attain personal Key Performance Indicator targets
Stick to the company image and grooming standards at all times while on duty
Possess knowledge of the EPX and IMIX system
Compute total payments received during a time period and reconcile this with total sales
Liaise with guests to put them at ease, encourage them and direct them appropriately
Handle the processing of images, discuss technical problems, check for quality and deal with client’s concerns

Job Qualifications and Experience

The required candidate must have relevant qualifications for this role
Demonstrated experience in the same role required
Must be self motivated and a fast learner
The incumbent must be flexible and adaptable
Must have a positive attitude and a pleasing personality
Should be able to work indoor, outdoor or in the water
The suitable candidate must be an extrovert who does not mind striking up conversations with complete strangers
Should be able to handle the duties of roving photographer, green screen photographer, green screen editor, VOS / cash register personnel, flaggers and spec board sellers
Must have excellent communication skills required
Good customer service skills required
Must have good computer skills
