Key Responsibilities:

Establish and drive strong relationships with the customers to develop the business to a higher level of growth achieving yearly targets and deliverables.
Drive compliance and adherence to wholesale excellence initiatives and set clear expectations internally and externally.
Drive quality growth by ensuring all commercial/sell-out activities ensure positive brand development.
Understand the business environment, (SWOT analysis) including direct and indirect competition, monitoring market trends and consumer behavior analysis. Thereby driving initiatives to convert challenges into opportunities.
Achieve full and on-time order conversion while assuring retail introduction dates are met.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
To contribute to development of the GCC business strategy within the Management team and represent the interests of the WHS function
Inspirationally lead the development of the Wholesale team to meet or exceed commercial goals and KPI’s, and build Brand equity.
Lead by example and with integrity in driving a high employee engagement and high-performance culture.
Influence and drive high level of cross functional collaboration with support teams.
Drive improvement through developing and executing local relevant and specific processes in close cooperation with the Global Sales CoE.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the sales across Retail and Wholesale, with an operational background and experience ideally across GCC countries.
Strong leadership & management skills [diverse teams], with a minimum of 10 years’ experience of leading diverse teams and promote collaboration.
Structured, organised and with strong ability to prioritize.
Drive integrity and compliance to ensure sustainability.
Drive excellence on execution and a customer centric approach to build a sustainable business.
Expert understanding of local Markets’ consumers, accounts, economic environment and commercial needs translated into strategic account management.
Excellent communication skills including impactful presentation skills, influencing, negotiating and change management.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Advanced numeracy and literacy, with good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Geographical mobility
Fluency in English.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

MBA or University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
