Description:
Open to any nationality, strictly below 30 years old
Minimum 2 years experience as Hotel Manager from mid-market hotels in the UAE
Bachelor’s Degree
Fluent in English
Proficient in MS Office and Hotel Management Software is an advantage (Protel)
Excellent customer service skills
Flexibility in handling pressure and critical situations
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Responsibilities:
Duties will include managing budget and expenses, planning and marketing
Recruiting, training and monitoring staff
Handling customer complaints and providing resolutions
Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services
Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc.
