- Full Cycle Bookkeeping & daily recording of financial transactions in the accounting system
- Manage all aspects of A/R, A/P and Billing
- Handle all payroll information and prepare for WPS
- Maintain accurate, updated and secured accounting records
- Monthly financial reports for management
- Assist in completing end of year accounting activities.
- Enforce the company’s policies and procedures when processing financial matters
- Assist auditors in their annual audit review.
- Petty cash management
- Filing
- Bank Reconciliation
- Handle VAT reporting (payables and receivables). Ensure collections and payments are done
in line with UAE regulations
- Handle VAT return filing and VAT payments.
- Prepare and manage all documents in line with VAT regulations and other related activities
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
- Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.- Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions

Skills
- College graduate (BA or BS)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- 3 Years experience in bookkeeping with an academic background in either finance, accounting
or business management
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and meets deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Professional presentation and conduct
- Must be responsible and self-managed
- Must have excellent follow-up and tracking skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Previous VAT handling experience Excellent knowledge of Accounting Programs i.e. Quickbooks, PeachTree,etc- The ideal candidate will be well versed in accounting principles, able to work independently, efficient and have a good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices. Excellent organizing abilities and great attention to details
