Job Description
Summary: Based at the Head Office, the Senior Accountant will report to the Regional Financial Controller or Finance Manager, depending upon their availability in office. Responsibilities: • Assist with quarterly reviews and annual audits • Assist with preparation of annual statutory financial statements • Assist with month end process including reconciliations and closure of GL, intercompany reconciliations • Preparation of general journals and GL adjustments. • Provide general support and assistance to other team members • Assist with SOX and other regulatory compliance • Assist with preparation of management accounts, cash flows, board reports and group reporting. • Assist with ERP implementation and other ad hoc projects • Develop professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
