Description
Ensure all orders are fully archived for tracking if needed

Identify and report priority issues and report to senior management.

Support the team when needed

Pass the monthly test and training courses to improve your skills

Receive phone calls from customers and advise products professionally

Ensure all received orders are processed into the system, forwarded to other departments such as accounts receivable department, logistics and delivery… in an accurate and timely manner.

Handling and resolving customer complaints related to orders, products and services

Job Requirements:
Know how to use office computer (basic excel).
Priority newly graduated students.
No experience required, professional training will be provided.
Can work overtime.
Typing speed is fast, careful and accurate.
