• Liaising with agency for approvals on press release, photo release, quotes, feature drafts.
• Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs.
• Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours.
• Maintaining and updating information on the organization’s website.
• Facebook product updates, ideation and increasing fan interaction through providing relevant information and answering queries.
• Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media
• Developing copy/print to promote company product ranges for magazine features and sending samples to PR contacts & magazines
• Handle Communication requirements for all stations.
• Develop the strategy for and write compelling communication pieces targeting the consumer audience, including promotional emails, newsletter articles, banner ads, etc.
• Scope to develop marketing via social media such as Facebook, Twitter & blogs etc
• Any other duties or tasks as assigned by the Head of the Department.

Desired Candidate Profile

-Should be a Post Graduate in Marketing;
-Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in a mainline Advertising Industry of the UAE;
-Bilingual professional who can speak as well as write both Arabic and English Language;
-Should be ready to travel as per the job requirement.
