•Work with management to identify and evaluate the market and new target clients
•Collaborate with the management to develop and implement a strategic sales plan
•Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends
•Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
•Good salary package with medical insurance
•Commissions on achievement of KPIs

REQUIREMENTS
•1 year (or plus) Sales/Business development role in the UAE
•UAE Driving License and car is a MUST
•Excellent management and organizational skills
•Strong in client connection and client services
•Strong responsibility, self-motivated and able to work under high pressure
•Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
•A passion for Sales and a drive to succeed
•Minimum University degree holder
•Should be ready to work in field committedly
•Having good computer skills
•Fluency in English is a must, Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus
