Description
Do you have an experience on providing security printing, physical security, business solutions, intelligent transportation systems and commercial card printing?
Our client has established more than 30 years of global reputation as a leading provider of security printing, physical security, business solutions, intelligent transportation systems and commercial card printing.
The successful candidate will be responsible with:
Software full implementation including system installation process, system configuration, running UAT and obtain customer acceptance.Providing training and supporting clients on newly and existent software solutions. Ensure technical support is provided in a timely manner and results in excellent customer satisfaction.System installation and system configurationConduct training sessions for clients on newly installed hardware products.Provide technical client support and issue resolution remotely (via email, phone and other electronic medium) or onsite.Conduct live demos and provide guidance to team membersSolve complex maintenance problems using software diagnostic.Generate weekly/ monthly report on client support status.Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
The successful candidate will possess the following skill sets:
Arabic Speaker2-3 years of relevant experience in implementing BPM (Business Process Management) systems / Workflow Engines2-3 years of experience in managing SQL/Oracle DBBachelor''s degree in Computer / Electronic / Communication Engineering preferred or any other relevant field
