An international insurance company is recruiting for an individual to work within the policy servicing team. The role holder will work in a multicultural environment and be part of a dynamic servicing team.

The client servicing assistant will handle incoming enquiries and servicing issues concerning policies and will assist to achieve the required service standards.

The role holder will also handle policy servicing transactions, screening of policy servicing requests, follow up on outstanding requirements, preparation of endorsements and notice to policyholders, perform quality checks and maintain a record of policy servicing transactions.

Skills
Flexible approach - willingness to multi task on different work types and queues.
Computer literacy - working knowledge of MS office applications.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Experience and evidence of operating in the financial services industry or in a customer services environment.
Knowledge of the international protection & investment marketplace.
An understanding of the product offerings of international competitors (local and offshore) and unique selling points of each.
Interpersonal skills - ability to work in a core team to ‘get the job done’ and build effective relationships.
