About You:
We are currently looking to recruit a Finance & Insurance Manager for Al-Futtaim Finance (AFF). The job holder will be required to manage the F&I Process and sales of a designated Sales Team within the Branch Network and achieve personal and sales team targets set by the Branch & Divisional F&I Manager. You will be required to optimise the sales of value added products, to optimise the sales of conventional and Islamic Finance products and ensure that you make the best profit possible for the company. Your other responsibilities will include ensuring that customer engagement is and remains paramount, that all customer data is effectively recorded on to Fastrack and keeping the ownership of end to end F&I performance and results. You will also be required to manage the documentation flow between AFF hub staff and F&I and work along with the Showroom Supervisor to achieve all targets as set by the Branch & Divisional F&I Manager.

About the Position:
The ideal candidate will possess an MBA with around 5-7 years of experience in Automotive – Finance & Insurance industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. You will possess strong knowledge of F&I processes, structure, systems and methodology and a strong understanding of F&I products and services, including Islamic conventional funding and Insurance features, benefits, advantages and customer eligibility. Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
