Description
Our client, a well-established nursery in the UAE is looking to hire an Administrator for their Nursery branch based in Mirdiff, Dubai .Becoming an Administrator, this position will provide administrative and secretarial support.
Job Responsibilities
• Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
• Create, maintain and enter information into databases
• Meet with parents and visitors and give information and answer their queries
• Set up and manage filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes
• Maintain scheduling and event calendars
• Schedule and confirm appointments
To be considered for this position, you will need:
• Associate degree with 2 years of administrative experience preferred
• Strong customer service focus, excellent time management, oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical systems, and processes
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
