Description
Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently looking for a Administrators (UAE National) to be based in Dubai office.

The selected candidate will perform a full range of office / administrative functions. This assignment may require the candidate to:
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies
Manage local purchase orders, supporting Invoice preparation for payment processes
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning
Reply to email, telephone, or face to face enquiries
Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
Manage staff appointments
Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum High school certificate
Good interpersonal skills are essential
MS Office experience is a must
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic
Arabic speaking is required
