Description
Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for Reception duties including answering phones, receiving packages, etc.,
Dealing with customers and vendors in a professional manner, in person and on the phone
Perform day-to-day transactions including verifying, classifying and posting data
Verify invoices and supporting documentation for goods and services received
Submit orders for approval, prior to customer invoice processing for manufactured items
Preparation and gathering of all support documents prior to data entry
Follow up with various departments regarding supporting documentation and queries
Scanning all relevant invoices to head office as required
Updating Warranty manuals as required
Maintenance of an organized filing system
