Description
• Develop and execute recruiting plans.
• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Post positions to appropriate Internet portals and use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Developing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and assisting in selecting candidates.
• Handle the onboarding process for new employees.
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
• Properly handle complaints and grievances from staff and factory employees.
• Planning and sometimes delivering training - including inductions for new employees.
