The Social Channels Manager works hand in hand with the Marketing Manager and is a specialist in the social media channels. The main objective for the role is to maximize the contribution of social media to meet overall marketing KPI’s for UberEATS UAE. The role has two main parts: 1) strategic planning and 2) execution and support 1) This person will be responsible for understanding the overall business and marketing strategy, and works together with the Marketing Manager to build a complementary Social Media strategy, define specific KPI’s for campaigns/initiatives, and determine the impact on the overall business in terms of branding, acquisition and retention/engagement. 2) This person will be responsible for executing and reporting success of the initiatives determined in the planning session, as well as provide some general support to execute overall marketing campaigns. This role is currently available on an external contract basis.
