TOTAL MONTHLY SALARY - AED 4,000/-
Sustenance Allowance of AED 1,000/- per month
Mandatory Requirement : Valid UAE driving license
Years & Field of Experience required: 1-3 Years’ experience
Formal Education Required: (10+2) + Diploma Holder

Principal Functions :
•Responsible for maintaining a close contact with mass reseller
•Develop good relations with POS/ MRs by facilitating the provision of their day to day requirements related to the department
•Update POS/ MRs regarding the latest promotions and offering by Company such as training and awareness
•Report any violations, observed in the market by Competitor, our own NDs or other MRs
•Encourage the Mass resellers agents to promote Company product from their counter
•Conduct promotion activities like roadshows and accompany National distributors in Labour Camp activities to spread awareness about Company Products and Offerings related to the department

Roles & Responsibilities :
1.Geo-cover of entire MR’s selling Company product
2.Support trade marketing activities including POS merchandizing, branding, competitions, and POS training on products etc
3.Undertake any additional assignment given by management
4.Conducting roadshows over weekend on high footfall areas
5.Build strong relationship with the shopkeepers
6.Collecting new potential MR’s information
7.Keep close track and updating the managements on the competitor’s activities, strategies and their new offers
8.Mystery shopper activities Ensure enough SIM’s stock in the market
9. Monitoring closely SIM card activation process
10.Report and track all inquiries/ complains
11.Provide product training to Mass reseller
12.Train demonstrators to present a company''s products or services
13.Suggest specific product purchases to meet customers'' needs
14.Clearing any queries and difficulties customers they may facing
15.Use various ethical methods for up sale or cross sale
16.Produce daily /weekly/Monthly visit report to management.
17.Fraud cases or violation/ suspicion activity from Mass reseller
18.Distribution of BTL Martials
19.Collecting MR’s branding requirement’s
