Job Description:-
Providing Support to Employees and resolving the computer network and different systems and application issues in addition to supporting External Customers
To Monitor the daily operations of all servers Network Equipment and network services
Provide Support for Active Directory in Windows 2008 and 2012
Support Exchange 2010/2013 Mailboxes and Messaging Infrastructure
Understand and Implement the appropriate windows 2008 and 2012 Server User Polices
Collabrate in Administering and Maintaing Enterprise Active Directory and domain structure Managing Trusts,Domains,GPO
Perform IT Checklist task to ensure minimum interruptions and failures and maximum business continuity
Knowledge in symantec Netbackup Solution
Knowledge about Vmware
Perform anyother task assigned by the manager and follow instrtuctions and procedures
