About the role:

In the role of a Sales Associate, you will combine a professional and positive approach with enthusiasm for the Hugo Boss product and the Brand. You will use your product knowledge and experience to provide the ultimate luxury experience within the Hugo Boss stores and be confident in driving sales.

You will report to the Store Manager and your daily responsibilities will include, assisting in the unloading of merchandise coming into the store, ensuring all products are handled correctly & placed in the correct location, merchandise the fixtures with all locations in conjunction with line managers, accurately price the products on display and offer excellent customer service to customers entering the store.

This role is a good opportunity for those who are looking to develop their Sales career internally within Al Futtaim divisions.

About you:

To be a successful Hugo Boss Ambassador in various locations in Dubai, you should have previous luxury retail experience, a passion for fashion, be commercially aware of new trends and keep up with regional season trends in the market.

You must be a good team player, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good spoken English. You will use your excellent customer service experience to anticipate and understand customers’ needs and requirements.
