We are looking for a Digital Marketer with skills in Design & Development to lead the Digital Transformation of clients we’re dealing with. You will report to our CMO and work closely with other members of the marketing team. You’ve to be able to help design and implement new features and functionality, establishing and guiding website architectures, ensuring high performance and availability, and managing all aspects of the CMS (WordPress). The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a fast learner, with an enthusiasm for digital and working in a startup environment.

Principal Responsibilities:
• Overall development and management of clients website
• Enhance the websites to increase traffic and traffic-to-lead conversion rates
• Support graphic and publication layout needs including marketing collateral, banner ads, email and social graphics, video editing, multimedia presentations, etc.
• Email Marketing campaigns management

Position Requirements:
• High level knowledge of WordPress
• Good layout and design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically with InDesign & Photoshop.
• Knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization) and SEM (search engine optimization)
• Experience with digital image editing using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
• Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills required to handle multiple projects simultaneously (is exiged)
• Must be willing to work in office-full time position

Appreciated Skills:
• Audio/Video editing experience using tools like Adobe After Effects or others
• Knowledge of email marketing and HTML formatting
• Experience with graphic design and vector image/interactive design using tools like Adobe Illustrator

Candidates will need to provide a portfolio or work samples to be considered.
