As an Account Manager you will be closely working with an Account Director and responsible overseeing social media accounts and campaigns which include research, campaign, content conceptualizing, execution, monitoring and reporting, SEO optimization, team management, client relationship management. Your primary duties will include but not limited to:

Work with clients to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns
Research top influencers, competitors and trends in clients’ industry
Create timely and engaging content plans optimized for platform used and intended audience
Understanding various social media platforms and assessing which is best for the client
Set guidelines for team members including community managers/customer service on how to interact with target audience
Optimize SEO by aligning it with the overall social media plan
Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities
Conceptualize engaging and professional visuals with creative team / and content with copywriters, that reflect client and their brand (Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc).
Stay current with social media trends and tools – includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts
Continue to refine and define our social marketing process
Attend events when required
Continuously brainstorm for new campaigns and ideas with team members

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Communication, Journalism background
Minimum 3 years of account manager or social media marketing experience
Experienced handling political accounts
Strong Arabic writing skills
Must have experience in the UAE market

Preferred Qualifications

Experienced working in a digital/media agency environment
Able to handle multiple clients and briefs
Experience in project management and team management
