Reports to: Customer Service Manager

BASIC FUNCTION
Customer Service Executive needs to provide and deliver professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during and after the customer''s requirements are met.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling, managing, coordinating and overseeing Logistics activities and day to day operations of inbound & outbound shipments for assigned locations.
 Co-coordinating with the warehouse on outbound and inbound movement for customers and maintaining a daily record of shipments moving & forwarding reports & updates to the customers on a daily basis.
 Interface with the internal stake holders regarding all air, sea & land import/export shipments & related activity, maintenance of proper & accurate documentation.
 Receiving, reviewing and processing high volumes export transaction, including the review & verification of shipper import/export documentation.
 Responsibility of making sure that all logistics and distribution activities adhere to the environmental legislation and comply with all health and safety requirements.
 Generating reports using the WMS on daily basis.
 Maintaining meticulous documentation in order to keep a track of the order in hand for dispatch.
 Database management using advance excel skills.
 Process sales & warehouse invoice in accordance with established procedure and tariffs.
 Responsible for handling complaints raised by the customers and the investigation and reporting pertaining to the issues.
 Procuring packaging material & data loggers for the customer based on contractual commitments.
 Responsible for preparing the KPI report for the customers on a monthly basis to measure the key performance.
 Creation of IN & OUT gate pass for local customers as well as cross trade shipments.
 Co-coordinating with the quote desk in acquiring competitive quote for the customer.
 Represent the company in the most professional manner possible in accordance with local legislation and all company policies and procedures.
 Conduct all activities with due diligence.
 Actively take part in team building and CIP activities
Stakeholders: Customers ,Consignee’s, Warehouse Operations Manager ,Operation Executive & Manager

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification:
 Bachelor’s Degree
 Course of warehouse / logistics management of advantage
 Course of Clearance and Customs processing of advantage

Experience:
 1 year of experience with handling of customers
 Experience with warehousing and 3PL of advantage

Computer Knowledge:
 Must be proficient with MS Office programs (Excel, Word)
 Experience with Lotus Notes are of advantage.

Required Skills:
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Must be able to communicate fluently in English
 Well organized, with the ability to handle pressure situations
 Flexible with regards to the work to be completed
 Presentable and well-groomed at all times
 Able to employ effective problem solving techniques
 Act ethically and with integrity
