As the Finance & Administration Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Finance:
Finance point of contact for Middle East & Africa Preparation and analysis of the monthly report / Summary of Operations / other adhoc reports Actively support the MEA team by providing pricing calculations, business cases & marketing analysis Full responsibility for the MEA income statement Liaise with the MEA team to produce an accurate budgeting & planning process. Input the budget and forecasts into the SAP system for authoritativeness of expense claims and Payroll Proactively exploring and making recommendations for cost reduction, removing unnecessary silos, improving collaboration and sharing best practice Presentation of the MEA financials bi-annually to the board membersProviding a positive and constructive contribution to the development of other finance support activities across the group of companies Ensuring that communication within the finance teams and with non-finance staff is effective and understandable to non-finance staff Responsible for managing any adhoc projects Management of two direct reports
