Job Description
 Greet patients and hospital visitors; direct all people to the appropriate location and
services; be courteous, polite and helpful to the customers at all times.
 Provides information about the Hospital Tariff, Room Rent, Procedure,
Promotional activities, health card and other service charges.
 Responsible for the admission & discharge of the patient.
 Responsible for giving billing estimates to the patients as per the hospital billing
protocol.
 Register patients according to the hospital billing protocols.
 Always answer the phone within three rings and with a smile.
 Stand up, greet, make eye-to-eye contact, smile when approached patient/ customer.
 Maintaining grooming standard in clean manner and wear a name tag.
 Always listen and try to help. Respond to any complaint within shortest period of
time..
