Job Description:
A .net Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead is required for developing cutting edge web based applications using asp.net. The role requires design, development and implementation of applications which provide solutions to business problems. Person will be responsible of managing team and client communication.
The job holder will be required to possess excellent communication skills and should be able to manage tight deadlines and heavy workload. Flexibility is essential, as is the ability to adapt with the client’s changing needs. The candidate should work well under pressure and deadlines, and display evidence of excellent problem solving and organizational skills. Must have previous experience of leading/supervising the Team for a web based project.
Years of Experience: 3-5 years hands-on experience in developing complex applications/products. At least one year UAE experience.

• Strong development experience in ASP.Net, C#.net, VB.Net, .net Framework HTML and JQuery.
• Practical experience of Large web based development for global audience.
• Strong OOPs concepts.
• Excellent command of MS SQL server and should be able to write complex queries to achieve business needs.
• Good knowledge of Design Patterns.
• Analytical and problem solving Skills.
• Time management and balancing a busy workload.
• Positive attitude & aptitude to learn & keep in pace with emerging technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are anticipated. The position requires constant interaction with global team.• Should be a Team Player and must know how to Lead the team.
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related courses.
